Hello runners! My name is Becky Kramer White. My running story began my Freshman year of high school at Archbishop Hannan High School in Meraux, LA. I was recruited to join the Cross-country team by my senior, Kelly. I never ran anything longer than 400 meters but I decided to give it a shot. I ran Cross-country and Track all four years of high school. I was named All-District, All-Parish, and I still hold a few school records. My Cross-country PR was 13:31 (we only ran 2 miles in those days) and my track PRs include 2 mile: 12:45, 1 mile 5:55, and 800 meters: 2:31.

I also ran Cross-country and Track at Loyola University New Orleans. My 5K PR was 22:12. My senior year our team was Conference Champs, Regional Champs, and we made it all the way to Nationals in Louisville, KY.

After college I joined the New Orleans Track Club. When I moved to Madisonville, LA I joined the 15th Street Flyers. I ran only 5Ks and 10Ks until 2007 when I completed my first half-marathon. I am still working up to a full marathon. One day soon!

My goals are to run a sub 22 minute 5K (PR 22:12), a sub 45 minute 10K (PR 48:21), and a sub 1:45:00 Half-Marathon (PR 1:49:22). Another goal is to run a race in all 50 states. I have completed 8 so far.
